Safeguarding

Promoting the safety and welfare of our worker community is at the heart of everything we do. Our Safeguarding Policy details Model Alliance’s commitment to safeguarding children and adults at risk against harm in all our activities, both within the organization and while working with partners.

We believe that everyone our work touches, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or migration status, has the right to be protected from harm, abuse, neglect, and exploitation and to be treated with respect and dignity. 

Model Alliance commits to having robust, accountable, and transparent systems for prevention, protection, reporting, responding, and learning when safeguarding risks materialize. Those systems include a duty to report incidents, allegations, and concerns, and to adopt a survivor-centered approach.
